The prompt at Dutch Goes the Photo Tuesday Photo Challenge is Message.
I picked this sign on a mountain road in Colorado. This sign can send different messages depending on the kind of driver you are. If you a cautious driver or afraid of heights the message is fear. If you are an average driver the message could be, this is going to be a long drive. If you are a confident driver and in a convertible sport car the message is, This is going to be fun! What message does this sign say to you?
This week the prompt at Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge is the letter M. The word has to have 2 m’s anywhere in the word.
I chose the word Hummingbird. At our cabin in Colorado, every summer, we have a lot of hummingbirds. I put feeders out for them and really enjoy watching them.
There is a storm coming our way. 😀
The prompt at Cee’s Black & White Challenge this week is Weather.
We have very changeable in Colorado (We say if you don’t like the weather wait 5 minutes 😄) so it was easy to find a photo to use today. I love these clouds.
Today the prompt at Dutch Goes the Photo’s Tuesday Photo Challenge is Broken.
This is an old mine car that someone has used in their yard. I love the daisies growing wild around it.
These guys were in a neighbor’s in Colorado
This week at Cee’s Black and White Photo Challenge the prompt is Pets. I thought I’d use this picture of our daughter’s dog. Every summer she comes out with the grandkids and spends some time with us. She likes to look out the dining room windows. The windows are low enough that she can look out them. I’m sure she is saying, “are they home yet?”
It was interesting to see this old boiler in the middle of nowhere. What was it used for? Who used it? Was there a town here at one time? A factory?
Today at Cee’s Black &a White challenge the prompt is in the distance. This picture is high in the mountains of Colorado. I was trying to get a picture of the old log cabin, but it was a ways away.
Today Frank’s Tuesday Photo Challenge is Birds.
One of the places we like to visit on our RZR rides is a little town called St Elmo. One of the reasons we like to go there is they have “Chipmunk Crossing “. They have an area that you can sit and feed the chipmunks. They are very tame and will eat out of your hand. This year when we were there this little bird landed on my husband’s foot. I think he is saying “do you have some for me?”
